Room Policies
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Nemacolin requires a 7-day cancellation notice. Canceling within 7 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit required is equivalent to the first night’s room and tax or package charge. Deposits on cancellations received less than 7 days from the arrival date will be fully forfeited.
Arrival / Departure
Check-in time is 4pm. Guests arriving before 4pm, will be accommodated as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11am. Prior to departure, our staff will be pleased to make arrangements to hold and store luggage for function attendees remaining at the resort past 11am. Late check-out requests have limited availability and must be pre-arranged through the Front Desk.
Taxes
Guest Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. A 6% Pennsylvania State Tax and 5% County Hotel Tax will be added to the nightly room rate. Taxes are current and subject to change. The 6% Pennsylvania State Tax applies to all golf, food & beverage, and activities.
Payment of Services
Nemacolin requires a room charge or membership charge for all services, products offered, and purchases incurred while at Nemacolin. Activities, dining, golf, spa, and retail are included in this requirement.
Resort Access Policy
Nemacolin resort amenities and accommodations (except for The Field Club, Lady Luck Casino, Nemacolin Wooflands Pet Resort & Spa, Woodlands Animal Care Clinic, and Nemacolin Outlet) are available exclusively to overnight guests and members.
Smoking Policy
Nemacolin is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside of the building in designated areas. Guests are subject to a $350 cleaning fee if smoking occurs in your room.

The nightly rate is subject to a $39 Resort Fee per unit, per night.
The Resort Fee includes the following below.
Unlimited valet parking at the resort
Shuttle service covering 2,200 aces
2,400 sq. ft. Fitness Center including Life Fitness Equipment and cardio machines with personal televisions (not inclusive of spa wet areas)
Year-round, outdoor pool access at The Peak
Gallery and Museum experiences including aviation, automotive, seashells, and Reflections
Art Explorations Stations at the Kids Art Studio
Meeting Room Wi-Fi and Sleeping Room Wi-Fi
Evening turndown service
Daily online access to 6,000 magazines and newspapers

Pet Policy
Registered resort pet dogs are welcome at Nemacolin. Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability.
Specific pet rooms are available in The Chateau and Washington Townhome accommodations only.
For your convenience, we have designated a selection of specific guest rooms to accommodate guests and their dogs.
Two dogs up to 35 lbs. each may be registered to a room if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs.
Other pets, including extreme or wild animals, are not permitted.
Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $250. The pet may not be left alone in the room for extended periods of time.
If a pet is the cause of guest noise complaints, guests will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed.
Dogs are not permitted in the dining outlets, retail shops, spa, pool areas, or on the golf courses.
Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify for this exemption under ADA guidelines.

All pools at Nemacolin are for the exclusive enjoyment of overnight guests and members, based on membership benefits.
Nemacolin offers six pools, each of which offers varied access. Towels are available at all pools.
No outside food or beverages are permitted in any pool areas. Smoking, glass, and pets are not permitted in any pool area.
At all pools other than the Kids Indoor Pool, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pools at The Peak
Year-round outdoor pool, hot tub, changing rooms, dining, and cabanas for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members.Seasonal: firepits, additional pool, and additional cabanas.
Kids Indoor Pool
Year-round pool for children and families; parents must accompany children 12 and under.
Indoor Spa Pool
Year-round pool for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members who are 14 and over and receiving treatments at the Woodlands Spa or Holistic Healing Center on the day of their visit.
Outdoor Spa Pool
Outdoor Spa Pool: Seasonal pool for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members who are 14 and over and receiving treatments at the Woodlands Spa or Holistic Healing Center on the day of their visit.
Paradise Pool
Seasonal adults-only pool and poolside dining for overnight guests and all-access members who are 21 and over
Falling Rock Infinity Pool
Seasonal pool and cabanas are exclusively available for Falling Rock guests
