Fine Dining

Stay for a few days, and savor a unique dining experience at each meal, or come for a one-night stay to indulge your discerning palate. Whatever you desire, Nemacolin has you covered with some of the best fine-dining restaurants in Pennsylvania.

Lautrec

The Chateau’s culinary crown jewel, Lautrec, is a standout among fine dining restaurants in Pennsylvania. The Forbes Five-Star restaurant is sumptuous in every detail, from the innovative, five-course chef’s tasting menu redefining Euro-American cuisine to the six original lithograph prints from French painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec that grace the wood-paneled walls. The restaurant also boasts a 1,200-bottle wine list, drawing from the largest working wine cellar in Pennsylvania. For those celebrating a momentous occasion, inquire about a chef’s table for an exclusive glimpse into the inner workings of the kitchen.

Aqueous

Inspired by the visionary architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, Falling Rock takes its design cues from nearby Fallingwater, Wright’s masterpiece. It’s only fitting then that the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Aqueous, follows suit. Mirroring Fallingwater, nature takes center stage at Aqueous, with floor-to-ceiling windows that incorporate the outside world into the dining experience. Sit on replicas of Fallingwater’s iconic barrel chairs while dining on fresh, vibrant seafood dishes including towering seafood platters and pan-roasted scallops, a chef favorite. Reserve your table just before sundown for an unforgettable Laurel Highlands sunset. Aqueous is open to guests 16 and older.

Fawn & Fable

Found in The Grand Lodge at Nemacolin, Fawn & Fable pays homage to the farm-to-table tradition of the Laurel Highlands with a menu of steakhouse classics prepared with the finest ingredients sourced through local farms and purveyors, including Nemacolin’s own greenhouses and gardens whenever possible. Dine on dry-aged steaks and domestic Wagyu with decadent sides including lobster tail, bone marrow, and smoked bleu cheese all in a magical fairytale setting.

Casual Dining

Nemacolin may have some of the best fine dining in Pennsylvania, but it also boasts inspired casual-dining spots, too. There’s something for everyone, from families looking to appeal to their pickiest eaters, golfers in search of classic favorites, and those lounging poolside who crave fresh, delicious takes on popular comfort dishes.

Guests must be 21 and over, and present an ID to dine at The Royale and enter The Casino.
