Calling all foodies! For those of you planning your summertime stay, come get the scoop with a few of the gotta-have-them menu items across the resort. One has more than 18 restaurants, lounges, and bar options to enjoy at Nemacolin. The challenge will be staying long enough to try them all!

First up on the list is the Amber Bar. Located as a part of the expansive lobby at Falling Rock, the Amber Bar offers seating in the lounge, at the bar, or on the patio. New on the summer menu is a Korean Short Rib Grilled Cheese that you just must try! The Crispy Fried Oysters and the Pimento BLT are savory satisfiers.

Breakfast and dinner at Aqueous will leave you inspired. Styled after the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, first impressions might leave you thinking the décor is the star until you try Chef Tyler Hutchison’s menu. A Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie, some S’mores French Toast, or a Stuffed Avocado will get your day started. Dinner with a fresh Lobster Bisque, Jerk Cauliflower, and some Roasted Scallops is sure to please. Close out your meal with a Chocolate Espresso and the Burnt Cookie.

Old-world Italian favorites are on the menu at Barattolo, whether you choose to dine at their Saturday brunch, at dinner by the fireplace, or enjoy drinks and apps on the patio. You can’t miss the meatballs and wood-fired pizzas. The squid-ink pasta is a slightly spicy delight, and the Bolognese Lasagna just might be the best you’ve ever tried.

Chef Kristin Butterworth and her team at Lautrec in The Chateau are known for their delivery of Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond, award-winning plates. The delectable, memorable, and approachable dishes on the creative tasting menu offer guests choices in three courses, playfully and professionally prepared with delicious chef favorites in the remaining courses. It’s certainly an experience to savor, and the surprises and delights will be based on the freshest ingredients of the season.

Rockwell’s in The Lodge is the classic farm-to-table experience at breakfast or dinner. Whiskey and wine lovers will want to bring along their reading glasses for the extensive offerings. We can’t say enough about the Salmon Smorrebrod and the Eggs Benedict for breakfast. The Kurobuta Pork Chop and the Herb-Roasted Cauliflower Steak are just some of the many dinner highlights on this loaded menu prepared by Chef John J. Chiusano.

A Nemacolin favorite, The Tavern serves a varied menu of all-American fare, family favorites, classic cocktails, and icy-cold drafts. Deviled eggs and their own mac & cheese are in the lineup, as are burgers, bleu fries, and Chef David Carrier’s award-winning fried chicken. You’ll be tempted to lick your plate after a dessert of Molasses Cheesecake (and we won’t say a word!).

Poolside dining is a summertime favorite. With healthy options, indulgent offerings, and a bit of everything to sip and sup, lunch and dinner can be found at the Sunset Terrace, Paradise Pool, and at The Peak.

Rounding out the dining options, one can enjoy sweet and savory bites at afternoon tea in The Tea Room; the newest offerings by Millie’s Ice Cream at PJ’s Ice Cream Parlor; grab-and-go pastries, sandwiches, salads, and charcuterie from The Pantry; healthy dining and beverage options at the Woodlands Spa and Adult Pool; or savor in-room dining menus offered 24 hours a day across the resort.
